Your plan
Open Billing in the dashboard. It shows your plan, how many seats are in use, and what you pay.
- A seat is one person watching at a time, so members who are not watching do not use one. The free plan includes 2 seats, and a plan or an achievement bonus adds more.
- See plans compares the plans and starts one. Change plan takes effect at once and is prorated, and Cancel plan ends a paid plan.
- What this plan includes lists what your plan gives you: seats, paired machines, the highest resolution, HDR capture, end to end encryption, transports, invite links per machine, the virtual display and priority support.
Payment and invoices
On a paid plan, Open billing portal is where you edit your card, address and tax details. The free plan stores no payment details at all.
Invoices lists every invoice with its date, description, amount and status: Paid, Pending, Failed or Refunded. The first one arrives when a paid plan starts.
Invite friends
Your referral link is under Invite friends. Friends who join through it get a 14 day Pro trial, and you get a month of Pro for every friend who pays for a plan, their own or their organization's.
Claim a month when one is ready. Each month you claim starts when the last one ends, up to 12 months a year. On a paid plan, a month you claim comes off your next bill instead.
