Alluno exists to let you reach your own machines and share them on your terms. Almost everything people do with it is fine. This page lists what is encouraged, what is not allowed, and what happens when a line is crossed.

Reaching your tower from the sofa, your office machine from home, or your home lab from anywhere.
Helping people
Supporting family, friends or clients on machines they have invited you to.
Working together
Shared projects, screen sharing, training sessions and client demonstrations.
Building things
Testing across platforms, managing servers, quality assurance, and reaching specialised hardware.
Creative work
Design, video editing, 3D rendering and audio production on a workstation that stays where the power is.
Play
Games streamed from your own machine, game builds tested across devices, watch parties with friends.
Not allowed
Illegal activity
Reaching devices, networks or accounts that are not yours and that you have not been invited to.
Hacking, cracking, or circumventing security measures, on Alluno or anywhere it can reach.
Piracy of software, media or content.
Distributing malicious code, phishing, identity theft, or any deception of others through the service.
Abuse of the service
Attempting to reverse engineer the software or its protocols, or scanning and testing the service without permission.
Attempting to reach data or sessions that belong to other users.
Denial of service, cryptocurrency mining on the infrastructure, automated tools that overload the service, or bandwidth use that harms other users.
Reselling access without written authorisation, building a competing remote desktop service on the platform, bulk account creation, or using free accounts for work that should be on a paid plan.
Harm to people
Bullying, threatening or harassing anyone through the service.
Monitoring or watching a person without their consent.
Discriminatory behaviour based on protected characteristics.
Child exploitation material, terrorist or extremist content, illegal weapons or drug trade, hate speech, spam and phishing.
How enforcement works
Investigation
A report is reviewed against the available evidence, with the same privacy limits as always.
Warning
A first minor violation usually ends in a warning and guidance.
Restriction
Repeated or serious violations may limit features on the account for a time.
Suspension
Severe or repeated breaches may suspend the account.
Termination
Illegal activity, serious harm or persistent abuse ends the account permanently.
Appeals
If you believe a restriction was wrong, write to [email protected] with the circumstances. We review it and reply with a decision.
Reporting
Email [email protected] with a description of what happened, the account or session involved if you know it, any evidence, and a way to reach you.
Abuse reports
[email protected], answered within 24 hours.
Security issues
[email protected], handled immediately when critical.
