Every plan pairs as many machines as you like, with every codec, quality setting, transport and input. Seats count across all the machines an account or organization owns.
Free
For personal use and trying it out. No card is asked for, and it never expires.
Pro
For people who stream to a handful of friends. Premium relays and invite links. Any account with a verified email can try it free for seven days, once, after it has streamed from its own machines for five hours in total.
Team
For organizations sharing machines across a group, bought from the organization's billing page. Ask us about enterprise terms.
How billing works
You pick a plan
The plan starts the moment payment is confirmed. A monthly plan renews on the same date each month; a yearly plan renews on the same date each year.
It renews on its own
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You receive a receipt for every charge at the account email.
You change or cancel when you like
Upgrades and downgrades take effect at once, with prorated charges where applicable. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid.
Referral rewards
Share your referral link from the billing page. A friend counts once they create a new account through it and pay for a plan, their own or one for an organization they are billed for. Every friend who counts earns you one month of Pro, which you claim from the billing page, up to twelve months in any year. Months you claim run one after another. If you already pay for a plan when you claim, the month comes off your next bill where your payment provider allows it, or otherwise starts when your paid plan ends. A friend who joins through your link gets a 14 day Pro trial instead of 7. A friend whose payment is charged back stops counting.
When a payment fails
The provider retries the card. Nothing changes on the account yet.
If your bank wants an extra check, the dashboard shows a notice and a button to confirm. Seats stay live meanwhile.
If payment cannot be taken in the end, the subscription ends and the account returns to Free, with two seats and the basic relays.
Refunds
If the service itself is broken and we cannot restore it, write to [email protected] and we will put it right, including compensation where that is the fair answer.
