Alluno has three plans. One is free for good. The other two are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly, that can be changed or cancelled at any time.

For trying it out, occasional streaming and one machine. No card is asked for, and it never expires.
Pro
For creators, multi device workflows and small groups. Priority relays and shareable invites.
Studio
For teams, multi room broadcasts and high stakes competitive play. Ask us about enterprise terms.
How billing works
You pick a plan
The plan starts the moment payment is confirmed. A monthly plan renews on the same date each month; a yearly plan renews on the same date each year.
It renews on its own
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You receive a receipt for every charge at the account email.
You change or cancel when you like
Upgrades take effect at once, with the difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at once too, and the unused part of the higher plan is credited. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid.
When a payment fails
The provider retries the card. Nothing changes on the account yet.
If your bank wants an extra check, the dashboard shows a notice and a button to confirm. Seats stay live meanwhile.
If payment cannot be taken by the renewal date, the plan drops to Free. Machines and rooms beyond the free limits pause until the plan is restored.
Refunds
If the service itself is broken and we cannot restore it, write to [email protected] and we will put it right, including compensation where that is the fair answer.
