Your people
Open Machines in the dashboard and choose a machine. Its People list holds everyone you added to that machine, what each person can control, who is connected now, and when each person was last seen.
In an organization, People in the sidebar lists the organization's members instead. See Organizations.
- Add someone by the email they use to sign in to Alluno, and choose Add.
- Trusted people skip the access code. Blocked people cannot join.
- Search looks at account names and emails, not the names guests type in.
- The seat count shows how many seats are taken right now. A seat is one person watching at a time.
What each person may control
Each person has their own switches for Keyboard, Mouse, Gamepad and Clipboard. Blocking an input applies at once, even while they are watching. Allowing it again applies when they next connect.
Who can join a machine
Each machine has an access level, set by its owner on the machine's settings page. From the most closed to the most open:
Only you.
You and the people you marked trusted.
The people on the machine's list. A newcomer types the code the machine shows.
Anyone signed in to Alluno. A newcomer types the code the machine shows.
Anyone, signed in or not, who types the code the machine shows.
Anyone with the link, with no code.
Whether a machine appears on the public devices page is a separate switch, Visibility. An unlisted machine can still be open to anyone who has its link.
